Relationships.

So I was reading Alex Evan's blog and saw that he wrote this:

we’ve all disliked people, and we’ve all been disliked as well. for good reasons like silly reasons. we always say we don’t choose who we love, but we actually do. you love that person that matches all those characteristics that you’re looking for in a person. and once you find something you don’t like in someone, let’s take for example jealousy, then you’ll start questioning yourself about that person, and you’ll wonder if they’re right for you. in friendships like relationships. but then, some will say we have to learn how to appreciate someone’s flaws in order to deserve them, which is true, but at what extent would we have to do so? when it comes to a point where you have to endure someone, it might not be a good idea to simply put up with the whole situation. or let’s say you feel like something is treating you unfairly, why would you just simply put up with it? and i know, a lot of people will stick around with them, no matter how that person will treat them. some will say “but i love him”, which makes me wonder what love is. how can you love someone who doesn’t have anything good to offer to you? - Alex Evans



I agree with him 100%, because we do choose who we love. "Love at first sight", do you truly believe in that? If you say that, then doesn't that mean you're judging them by their appearance, and not who they really are? And yes, if people have one flaw, you'll start to think. "Are they right for me?" , "Maybe he's not the right one". You should never have to endure someone, you should love them. Like REALLY love, not say "OMG, I have a crush on you." Because that is bullshit. It really is. And love is an equal share. You can't just have one person putting in all of the effort and have the other just going along with it. and when people say "I lost feeling," when they break up. I don't get it. Shouldn't you love them everyday? Even if you don't see eachother, shouldn't you talk? I think the type of relationship where you don't talk at all, is meaningless. There's no point in it whatsoever, don't you think?

Happy Birthday Malina!

SO, I feel like blogging a lot today.. AND HERE IT GOES.

I started off my day by waking up at 10am, thanks to Mark for calling me. He called about Malina's house phone, which I didn't have. SORRRY! Then I got up, and started cleaning. I cleaned and cleaned for about two hours. My mom came home and she was like "Oh No, Where do you want to go?.." and I was like "MALINAAAA'S PARTY!". So she agreed and she made me hurry, so I took a 5 minute shower and got ready really fast. My hair was still wet by the time I got to the bowling alley. I got there around 2:10pmish? Only Mark and his cousins were there, but at least SOMEONE was there :D. Around 2:30ish, people started to come. When everyone came, we all got our shoes and STARTED TO BOWL. Man, I haven't bowled in like 3 years, so I got HECKA gutter balls.. But I got better near the end. Oh Yeah, before I forget. I'M TALLER THAN JOSIAH!!! After 2 1/2 hours of bowling, we started to eat cake and open presents. The cake was HECKA cool, it had her picture on it! Danielle and I shared her face :D DUDE, HER MOM CAKED HER. It was freakin awesome, her mom is hecka cool. Anyways, I got Malina $10. Sorry if it's not a lot D: I'm broke this year. But she got a lot of other AWESOME gifts, like a LAPTOP. After presents, we played at the arcade. The backetball game was fun :D I went home at like 6:30pm? but not really home.. But to CHUCK E. CHEESE! My cousin, Ellen, hung out with me the whole 3 hours I was there :D We played DDR and this racing game mostly. But there was this one game, where you have to push the button to make the light stop at the "BONUS" light, and I got it like 5 times! So I had HECKA tickets ;D Did I mention it was my brother's birthday? Well it was, so I gave him the tickets as a gift. I AM AN AWESOME SISTER, RIGHT?! Yeaah. We stayed there till about 9:30pm and then went home. AND THAT WAS MY DAY. Really fun and crazy :D

regrets.

In the end we only regret: the chances we didn't take, the relationships we were afraid to have, & the decisions we took too long to make.

SO, Thainha,Emily,Crisella,David, and I made plans to have fun. Thainha's brother came too, but he's cool :D. We all met up at the library, which is when David said he "supposedly" had to go to a friend's birthday party at Sky High (which I thought was a high school). Then we decided to go to Thai Lovers. On the way, we past a house where we heard mysterious chirping noises. So Emily was like, "Someone say "AAAAY". So I did, and a man replied in an angry grunt. SO WE RAN FOR OUR LIVES. Then we went into Thai Lovers and ordered, Pad Thai. Which was pretty good, but then David kept coming in and out of the restaurant, so the waitress lady got mad. She was like "Don't be too noisy, 'there's somone sleeping'? " That's what I heard anyways. So he ate EVEERYTHING, which took a long time. So when we went outside, his friends had ditched him. Which meant he was staying with our group? So after, we decided to go to Cataldi park. WHICH I HAD NO IDEA WHERE IT WAS. On the way to the park, we stopped by the Donut Shop and got some donuts :D YUMMMMY! Out near the stoplight, no one wanted to go to the park anymore, so we decided to go to my house ;D WHICH WAS EVEN FARTHER! Ahaha I stole the scooter and rode hecka farther, than everyone else xD SORRY GUYS We arrived at my house (AFTER 3.5 MILES OF WALKING), and they met my vicious dog, Mimi. Ahaha She's a Chihuahua, but they treated her like Godzilla. WHICH WAS HILARIOUS. We went up to my old room, and rested for like 30 minutes. Then after we had some energy, we went to Vinci Park. Nothing interesting really.. And then we walked to StarBucks. I got a Caramel Frappuchino, VENTI-SIZED. It was sweeet, and David drank some and went crazy and got a headache. No more coffee for you, xD After we finally came home, we played Spin the Bottle and Thirteen. When it was 6pm, we played HOTEL 626. FREAKIN SCARY! Thainha had to take a picture of the lady and I fell on the floor screaming. THAT'S HOW BAD IT WAS. We all ate Cup Noodles, which was funny because I had no more hot water, so 3 people had to wait for the water to boil. And we just stared at the button until it turned green. My mom was hecka gossiping about us, and we were right there! She knew that most of us were Viet, but she still talked about us. THANKS MOM, thanks a lot. Around 7pmish, everyone started going home. AND THAT IS WHAT I DID TODAY :D You sick perverts, if you're thinking about the other definition of "did".
